Skopje

After the beauty of the lake of Ohrid and the cool hostels there and in Tirana, Skopje was a bit of a different experience. A bit dull but fine to wander through; funny to see a Turkish part on one side and the we-love-concrete sovjet style buildings on the other.

In the center of the city the authorities are building a couple of new buildings (among others the new architecture museum and national theater) in retro style.
And the rest of the new (old) buildings.
The finest Sovjet architecture.
..and one more to finish it off.
I'm very curious what these guys do to your house..?
