Since the family of my host was coming over I had to move for one night; so I hitched south to nearby Olympos, which is a hippy enclave turned touristic hotspot. Since no permanent structures are allowed to be build you have a couple of ‘Tree house’ advertising hostels, which sounds cool but are unfortunately almost exclusively houses made from trees rather than houses build in trees. Nonetheless it was an enjoyable stay.
Nearby mount Olympos has natural gas leaking from the stones, resulting in several eternal flames (that somehow self-ignite when you put them out), which made for a good evening trip.

I like it – does the flame have a smell though?
